Outdoor lighting allows you to enjoy your landscape any time while providing
better safety and security around your home.
Path and Garden Lighting
Path or garden lighting is used along walkways or steps to guide visitors' path
to your home. They also can be used within the flowerbed to create soft pools of
light illuminating your flowers, statuary or small shrubbery.
Small spot or "up" lights can provide dramatic shadowing effects on house walls
or reveal interesting branching patterns at night.
Are you thinking of installing a water feature? Extend the enjoyment of your pond or waterfall and create dramatic views after dark with submersible lighting.
Solar Outdoor Lighting
Many homeowners in the Seattle area ask about the use of solar lighting as an alternative to electric outdoor lighting. Even on cloudy Seattle days, solar lighting can still be effective if quality lighting is installed. Solar lighting is often preferred because it does not require the installation or wiring and is usually cost-effective.
Low Voltage Outdoor Lighting
Low voltage lighting systems typically involve mounting a transformer (power source) near
an outside 110 volt outlet. We recommend that your transformer include an automatic
light sensor to turn the lights on at dusk and a timer that you can use to turn
your lights off at a time of your choosing.
