CONSULTATION SERVICES

It is important to us to listen to you in order help you develop your landscape. We want to know what kind of garden that you would like to have in your yard.

We will schedule a time convenient for you, to meet at your property.  That first visit is the "dreaming stage".   We will walk your property, listen to your ideas, and make suggestions based on our professional experience as to how to improve your property.  This visit will take anywhere from 1 - 1½ hours.  We will discuss both the short and long term plans for your property; i.e., how you want it to look in five years. In this way we can begin thinking about your project in phases that can be implemented season by season, or year after year, as your budget allows. The cost is $75.00 to meet with one of our landscape designers.

At the end of your consultation, we will schedule a follow-up plan of action or phone call to discuss your next step. This can include a design contract, allowance letter or bid, depending on the feedback from our initial consultation.

DESIGN SERVICES

Beautiful landscapes and gardens begin with your dreams. We will meet with you to develop your design by engaging you, listening to your ideas and collaborating with you to create this dream with us. Our design philosophy is that the final scaled landscape plan you receive should convey your landscape ideas in a “road map” that will be used to transform your house and yard into your home.

After our design meets your expectations, we will submit our bid prices to implement the design, and work on packaging and phasing options. We use the same bidding process whether we are designing a Master Plan, an elegant garden or a secret quiet space we make sure you understand clearly what the scope of the project will be.

We believe that your landscaping budget is best spent on the project installation. To that end, we utilize Dynascape™ landscape design software from Garden Graphics, Inc. to deliver your design as a clear, decipherable road map that can be quickly modified.

From design through installation we have licensed and degreed staff trained to respond to the particular needs of your project.
